Hiking level of difficulty

Easy: walk on reasonably flat terrain and along well-defined footpaths; generally shorther than 10 km do not require specific training. Suitable for most people of any age.

Moderate: walk along well-defined footpaths, tracks, grazing land, stony land, with some elevation and steep ascents/descents. Suitable for regular hill-walkers.

Hard: Challenging walk, possibly with steep ascents/descents and high altitudes. Some scrambling and exposure. For experienced walkers with a good level of fitness.
