Discover the charm of the Park of Porto Conte and its most hidden places.
The tour starts with a view from the high of Monte Doglia, afterwards we reach the archeological site Palmavera for a short visit. After that, a tour in a small nature reserve hosting several animal species typical of Sardinia: albino donkeys, wild horses, fallow deer, wild boars, turtles and griffon vultures. Here there’s one of the most amazing view of the coastline. After lunch the tour continues to explore the wilder northern coast: Porticciolo and Porto Ferro, where sand dunes make it a unique place in Sardinia. On the way we can also visit Lake Baratz (the only natural lake in Sardinia), the habitat of tortoises and rare birds such as “cenerino” herons. For fans of old military fortresses, it will be an open-air museum: in fact there are several Spanish towers along the coast and ruins of Second World War .
Among other things, we will see the ruins of an ancient Lazzaretto and a source of fresh water in the sea shore.
With a little luck you will see the albino donkeys, wild horses, fallow deer, wild boar, turtles, griffon vultures and herons.

We suggest you travel with comfortable shoes and bring a swimsuit and a towel for a refreshing swim in the sea.
